Hello, my name is Anna.
I am an LMT and Usui Reiki Master bringing travel-to-you in home sessions within the Eugene-Springfield area. (Out of town sessions available for a small travel fee.)
Offering gentle yet deeply focused bodywork to my clients so as to create openness and flow within the body’s systems. Reminding the body of ease and vitality.
Additionally, Reiki sessions -in person and remotely- are being offered for those experiencing blocks in their life or are looking to deeply shift their experience of the day to day. This work activates deeply and over time, allowing you to experience long lasting shifts towards your more full, authentic self.
I am currently expanding my work into acupressure, taoist quigong, and breathwork using the body’s natural response systems to activate release and realign into balance.
